There is a full size No Frills grocery store in the building. The condo is equipped with great bedding and 2 wash rooms. The 5th floor patio is a great place to enjoy an afternoon cocktail. There are 2 coffee shops in the building. Secure parking comes with the condo. There is no shortage of eateries in the area. The condo is pet friendly and we met many of the furry residents. This is our second time staying with City Life Suites and both have been stellar experiences- 10 stars plus! Tanya is a gem to deal with- knowledgeable, professional, easy and prompt to communicate with as well as warm and engaging. On many occasions she went 'above and beyond!' Our Heritage View suite in the heart of the city was quiet, clean, comfortable, safe, and the secure parking was greatly appreciated as there is little street parking available. The spacious corner deck offered great views. We enjoyed all the amenities of home with a fully equipped kitchen with high end appliances. We especially appreciated the ensuite laundry. It was a treat having windows that opened to enjoy the fresh air. The location is walking distance to many shops, restaurants, theatres, the harbour as well as being a short drive to malls, etc. It felt safe being on the streets even into the later evening. And it's a short drive for groceries (could even be biked or walked). We spent 2 weeks in this unit with another couple and we were all very happy with it. It is in a fabulous location for restaurants, coffee shops, shopping and of course walking. The kitchen is very well equipped and furniture and beds are comfortable. City Life Suites were very quick and efficient to deal with. We had an issue with the fire alarm and both Tanya and the owner were quick to deal with it and it was resolved. We as family spent great time at Market loft in city life suites for 3 month. It’s quite clean safe and home sweet with good strata service in this Hudson heritage building. Perfect location: minute walking to grocery, ocean, museum, library, bus station and all other city utilities. Patio at roof top of fifth floor is good for relaxing. First of all - location, location, location - right next to Chinatown, the harbor, the bridge and so many great restaurants. Kitchen is very well appointed, has everything one needs. The suite layout is nice - we stayed five weeks in October/November so could take full advantage of the awesome outdoor patio - in the warmer months it would be spectacular. We felt safe and well cared for and Tanya at CLS was awesome, providing immediate response and flexibility on check in/out.
